Payment

I accept all major credit and debit cards through Paypal.  You don't need a Paypal account to order.  If you wish to pay by cheque or bank transfer, please contact me for further information.  As I use a third party to process card payments, at no time do I have access to your card details.  I do not store any personal details and will never pass e-mail addresses to any other company.

Orders will only be dispatched upon receipt of cleared payment.

Delivery Information 

UK Deliveries - Earrings are posted using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.  All other items except for Button Bouquets are sent through Royal Mail Special Delivery and all items will require a signature upon delivery.  I aim to deliver all 'in stock' orders within five working days, however, if your item is being made to order, I will advise you of the delivery time. 

International Deliveries - Please contact me for further information and costs for international shipping. 

Postage option can be selected upon completion of purchase. The cost of delivery is per order not per item.

Please ensure that correct delivery address details are provided at time of purchase. I cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of orders when incorrect details have been provided by the customer. 

Due to the weight, size and fragile nature of button bouquets, please contact me for delivery options and costs.

Order Timescales
Each item is entirerly handmade and the majority of designs are time consuming and intricate and for these reasons, it can take between three and six weeks for items to be made.  Upon receipt of your order, I will contact you to confirm design specifications and also to provide you with an estimated delivery time.  If you require your item urgently, please contact me before you place an order and I will do my best to accommodate your requirements.

Packaging

All items are carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, gift boxed (made using recycled materials) and packaged securely.  The cost of gift packaging is covered in the delivery cost.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations and Refunds

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations I do not normally accept returns for custom or commission orders, exceptions to this are any items that are damaged during transit.

Due to hygiene regulations I am unable to accept returns for earrings for pierced ears.

I want you to be delighted with your jewellery, however, if you are not satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return it, unworn and before your wedding date, within 7 days of receipt.  In the first instance, I would be grateful if you could contact me to let me know that you wish to return your jewellery and then please return the item in as much of the original packaging as possible and with all labels on.  I cannot accept responsibility for any returned items which are lost in transit on their way to me and would highly recommend that you return the item by Special Delivery ensuring that it is insured for the full value.  Upon receipt of the returned goods I will issue a replacement or refund.  Any refunds issued will be for the full purchase price and original delivery costs. Please post to RETURNS Vintage Button Bridal Designs, 4 Button Street, Frome, Somerset BA11 3DR and please ensure that you include the return slip in your parcel.

Please note that I cannot refund any delivery charges for returned items unless the jewellery is faulty.  If your items arrives broken, please take a photo, contact me and then return the item to me, I can then either make a replacement or issue a refund.

Orders placed and confirmed by deposit can be cancelled in writing providing no work has commenced on the item.  Deposits are non-refundable. If work has commenced prior to receiving notice of cancellation then the full payment becomes due. 

Items Lost in Transit 
You will receive an e-mail on the day of dispatch to confirm that your item/s has/have been posted.  If your order does not arrive when expected, please allow an extra day or two for any delays in transit and also please check with your nearest Royal Mail depot as calling cards are NOT always left with attempted deliveries and your parcel may have been taken back to the depot for collection.  If, after checking this, your order has not been located please contact me immediately and I will conduct an investigation and, where applicable, send replacements or issue a refund. Please note, as all of my accessories and jewellery is unique, it may not be possible to issue an exact replacement item but I will do my best to match the original item.
